1. Our Commitment
Dates Oasis respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Saudi Copyright Law and the guidance of the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP). We also honour notices submitted under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for international users.
2. Filing a Takedown Notice
Submit your notice via the contact form under "Intellectual property" including: (a) identification of the protected work, (b) the URL of the infringing content on our platform, (c) your contact details, (d) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised, (e) a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised agent, (f) an electronic signature.
3. Our Process
We review complete notices within 5 business days, remove or disable access to infringing content where appropriate, and notify the uploading party with a copy of the notice.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error you may file a counter-notice identifying the content, a good-faith statement that removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of Saudi courts. Content may be restored after 10–14 business days unless legal action is initiated.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Accounts of users found to repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights are terminated. A log of notices is retained for 24 months.
